Growing up in the 60's and 70's in a suburb of Los Angeles called the San Fernando Valley; surrounded by the fast paced, beauty conscience lifestyle's a teen I started to have complexion problems and my skin became very sensitive.

I searched all over and tried endless numbers of skin treatments, sunlamps, abrasive scrubs, soaps, cosmetics, anything to eliminate my skin problems or cover it up or clear it up. I was so desperate! At twelve years old I started to make “potions” in
my kitchen formulating my ingredients, trying this and that I was my own experimental subject!

I decided to become a licensed Esthetician (skin care specialist) and Make-Up Artist to help others. I continued to research and work in all aspects of the business. With my motivated entrepreneurial spirit I began working in various areas of the beauty industry weaving in and around learning as much as I could.

I formulated soaps, all types of bath and body products from the ground up starting with raw ingredients. I worked for an all natural well known skin care company when the “all natural skin craze began”. I then went on to work for large cosmetics firm/body bath products selling their products also well known today.

The best approach I found was taking the natural way... All the harsh chemicals; additives etc. I learned were too harsh on
my skin and everyone else's! I recognized that women and men wanted good skin and body care products. I heard so many stories over the years of how disappointed people were with the products that they had tired.

I am focusing on high quality all natural soap and body care products. I have come along way from mixing my “potions” on the kitchen stove when I was twelve years old! I have been making and selling my handmade natural soaps, and expanding. Now with so much focus on the internet I decided to reach out to all of you and provide a wonderful way to enjoy natural products.
As I go along with this new venue I will be adding new products and expanding my line. I would love to hear from you.

I have been buying Stone Soaps for a little over a year now and really love them. I bought the “man basket” for my husband last Christmas and he loved it.  He liked that the soaps didn’t smell 'girly' (his word) or to medicinal…just right for a guy.
