There are no minimums for ordering, with the exception custom designed orders at a minimum of six pieces. Our turnaround time for shipping out is usually 5 days. Please allow sufficient time for your order to be processed and shipped plus transit time to you via UPS. Orders will be logged into our system in the order in which they came in, the day after they're received. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. Since our products are for personal use, we can not accept any returns of used product. Please contact us if you have questions.

Please make sure all ordering is done correctly; name, address and other information is correct. Shipping rates are calculated by weight & size of package. We do not ship C.O.D. or accept personal checks. We can not ship to PO Boxes.

All orders are shipped via UPS (Ground or Air), Fedex Express, or USPS. We attempt to use the most efficient and cost effective service for your order. Orders usually are shipped on Friday's. We do not accept or ship orders outside the USA.

All of our products are made fresh and hand wrapped. Soap colors may not be represented accurately due to the uniqueness of handmade soaps and differences in computer monitor display.
Each individual soap is hand packaged in an attractive clear cello-wrap, and then labeled by hand.
